Anyone eat too much? I held back on the eggnog, which was not easy, but have overeaten chocolate candy for sure.

I overdid it on the dressing, as I expected.  I'm glad I remembered to drink more water than usual to help flush it out though.

OMG. I gained like 6 pounds since thanksgiving. Now I'm back to regular eating and exercising.  I never hold back on the eggnog because it only comes once a year.  Even though there are 3000 calories per ounce, its totally worth it.

I always overeat whenever there is mashed potatoes and gravy.  I think I could live on just that, but sometimes I like gravy with hamburger in it over bread.

I ate a lot on Thanksgiving  :P .....

I was really looking forward to eating turkey - which is really unusual for me. I got my fix and I've been behaving pretty good since then.  :D

OMG, yes I always overheat during the holidays.  I don't know how much I gained, I'm kind of afraid to get on the scale.  Starting tomorrow the diet and exercise starts again!

No I don't eat too much holiday's or any other time.  I hate feeling stuffed to the point of being sick.

LOL @ your last line!!  I've learned (the hard way) that NOT denying yourself, contrary to popular belief, is actually a good way to stay on track.  If you had intentionally denied yourself you'd probably have gained 11 lbs over the holiday, which I actually did one year.

OMG I know what you mean! I stuffed myself to oblivion one year to the point that I wasn't hungry the next day till around 5 p.m.  I said I wasn't doing that again and I haven't. I drink a full bottle of water before Thanksgiving dinner to help me fill up because I know I won't be able/willing to hold back on certain foods.
