I don't make resolutions anymore. I find that making several small changes in my lifestyle 1 at a time  work much better. like adding a piece of friut for a mid morning snack 3-4 times a week.
These small changes are not effective for me

Last year I made 2 resolutions.  One get myself and my kids involved in a church and 2 share making money online with others.  I've been pretty good at the first one.  Every other weekend we are in church. (Unless someone is sick) The second task is ongoing and I haven't done as much with it as I would have liked.  I'm working on a site and need to be more diligent in working on it.  This year I'm doing just that, I'll begin advertising as well.  Thirdly I'm going to try and do this all the while trying to put the tech down when my kids are home so I can spend one on one time with each of them throughout the week.  Now that's going to be difficult for me since 35% of our family income comes from what I do online.

My "hopes" for the New Year is to enjoy life more with my family, take more trips (even if short ones) and loose a little bit more weight.  I had lost 20 lbs but have put some of it back on so would like to get that back off.  We have numerous projects that need doing around the house and my plan is to for sure get those done ASAP.  I'm not really making any resolutions though lol.

I do not really make new year's resolutions, just try to be grateful and make the most out of life each day.

I don't consciously make resolutions on the New Year, but I try to resolve to become a better me when I become aware of things I want or need to change.

I usually try to set some financial goals for the year. Not really resolutions, but something to strive for.
