I checked on my picture payment bonus cause it has been over a month and saw it was denied. It says to check email and I haven't gotten any emails so I have no idea why. I submitted a ticket but has this happened to anyone else? What was the reason?

I have not had this problem with picture bonuses. Have you read all the instructions before submitting your payment picture. If you are still having problems send in a support ticket. Good luck.

I've never had them denied in the years I've been on here. Did you make sure to include the important information( amount,date, etc) and remove identifying information(name, email, account, transaction, address, etc)?

I submitted the same way I did as the month before, same size, same stuff blacked out, etc.. and last month was ok, this month was denied.

I had one denied for me a few months ago but when I went and looked at what I had submitted I understood why;  I had left my name and address visible.  The little paper I usually put over that info must have fallen off when I took the pic of it.

my last one was denied as well have no clue why because i could understand the email that was sent.  it looked the same as all the other ones that i was credited for so i have no clue but i figured it was just a buck so i submitted another one and will see if its credited this time and if not will have to write up a support ticket.

Yes it has happened to me before while I was trying to verify my phone number. I used a ticket to try and contact customer service and I didn't get a reply back. I was denied 2$ because they said I uninstalled a software.

The same thing happened to me. I was really bummed. But then I realized I had screenshotted the wrong month.

I never do this bonus offer, but I feel sad for all of you being denied.
