The Bible Calls Us All Prisoners, Waiting for Repayment for Our Time-Served

Well, it doesn't "declare" that we are prisoners, but its prophecy declares that the prisoners of hope will receive double unto we that 'turn unto the stronghold.'

It says that the sons of Zion will rise against the sons of Greece ... is another way of saying that, 'the royal blood will outrank the officially schooled.' (Another good reason why I dropped-out of college )

So THAT'S the reason why we're still hangin` `round on Earth (I mean, all we need to 'get into Heaven' is "baptism in Jesus' name," right?) We don't 'proceed from the baptismal fountain directly to the firing-squad' because we like to receive the 'double' Our Father gives us.

(Besides the fact that Heaven is not "a place you go when you die," it's more like 'the place you were when you lived, the way you remember it as you rest in wait for the next resurrection.')

Looking for something more interesting then the usual how was your Christmas questions on here or what is your favorite pie etc. I always believed in God but the one thing is I'm sure everyone asks is why is there so much misery in the world from diseases to murder of small children. Where is this loving god.

The love of God is all around - in the eyes of our children and grandchildren, in the beauty of nature, in the unconditional love of our pet children, in the adoration in the smiles of parents and grandparents, and in all the modern marvels that are products of mankind's God-given talents.  We are not called prisoners, we are free.  Free to choose what we do.  If you do not believe in God, you are not forced to do so.   And misery and death does not come from God - it comes from we humans and the dark forces of Satan.

Die and go to heaven?Yes 144,000 to rule with Jesus.....but as Jesus said he also has other sheep.....

(Psalm 37:29) The righteous themselves will possess the earth, And they will reside forever upon it.?

It cant be any clearer then that unless as Christendom has done....make up their own rules.

Satisfaction of 'the Beast' (i.e. what mankind is, not some end-time mythological figure) Though we abhor the suffering, we cannot understand the glorious peace without it.

And I'm quoting Zechariah saying that 'the prisoners of hope will be repaid double when they turn unto the strong hold.' I think Jesus or an Apostle also mentions that man is imprisoned to SOMETHING---prisoners of hope choose to wait (for we KNOW that the repayment is worth the wait!)

It has already been told what will happen to Satan.....please read Revelation.

Just like there NEVER could be a resurrection for A&E....they were perfect and willingly sinned against God.Judas will NOT be resurrected either.He sinned willingly against the Gods holy spirit where there is NO forgivness.

Jesus specified some in Sodom may be resurrected because of their ignorance.Jehovah is the judge of seeing whats in the heart condition.Jesus forgave the evil-doer because of the repentance HE saw in him.

We have to trust God in deciding this as being fair.

As far as God permitting evil in this world if we read the book of Job we can undertand why HE allows wickedness cos of Satans claims in Eden and in Job.Time was needed to prove Satan is a liar and unjustly made these claims against God.

The Watchtower likes to give an example of,would we allow our child that of course we love go thruu a painful operation to help heal his condition <sickness>......

So that may help in understanding why God has allowed evil and wickedness till now.

I think the bad fruitage of seeing time go by in this satanic manmade governed world proved our 1st parents would have been better off for them and the human race to have obeyed and loved & listened to God.

But other arrangments were made cos of the rebellion and please dont forget,the name Jehovah means...HE CAUSES TO BECOME.....SO THE ORIGINAL CREATION OF THE EARTH WITH MANKIND LIVING ON IT UNDER GODS RULE WILL STILL COME TO PASS.

The same reason He doesn't erase you and me from existence.He allows all His Creation to go their way until the Judgement at the end of the world.

Obviously,you're not getting the concept of the Atonement.Without Christ's suffering and death,we'd not be allowed to fellowship with God.His Holy blood paid our debt of sin.

As I said before,Satan will be punished in the end.He'll be held accountable for what he's done.

Why don't we think we're in Heaven with Jesus?

Why should we?Have we any reason to?
