Does This Prove that the Church-of-Christ Believes in an Non-Bible God?

The Church-of-Christ argues zealously that 'the use of musical instruments in worship' is a sin since it is not mentioned in the New Testament.

Where does the Church-of-Christ draw the line between APPROVED beliefs from the Old Testament & NOW-BANNED beliefs---as in the words of 'the Man after God's own heart': "I will sing a new song unto thee, O God: upon a psaltery and an instrument of ten strings will I sing praises unto thee."

I'm not seeing 'an argument'; I'm seeing 'a question': Where does one draw the line between 'OT practices that still make sense' & 'OT practices that are now BANNED because the NT doesn't mention them?'

Now if you WANT to see an argument here, it was started BY the Church of Christ---one of their pastors 'went rogue' in saying instrumental music was okay for worship, and so the Church of Christ set to filling ad-space in local papers with articles about 'how their dogma is right and everyone else is wrong.'
