lost My voice

i woke up today and can't talk throat hurts so bad and hurts when i swallow so go the doctors on thursday hope it is not streph throat

   I have had a very sore throat for the last few days, it is starting to feel a little bit better...try drinking a cup of Ginger tea with honey and lemon!!!

You might try gargleing with warm salt water several times a day.

Anytime I am in the same room with someone with strep throat I end up getting it.  Definitely gargle some salt water and then drink tea with lemon and honey.  You can also just drink straight lemon juice as that helps with the swelling in your throat and can bring your voice back.

I hope you're feeling better soon. This is a tough time of year to be sick. Also there is nothing worse than not being able to talk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so sorry to hear that you lost your voice. This happen to me. It turned out I had laryngitis. I bought some vapor rub and I drink a lot of warm tea and soup. I also took antibiotics because I was very sick at that time. I know how hard it can be to communicate with people when you can't talk and  your throat is sore. I hope you feel better soon
