You get money by completing the offers in the offer section.  It's really that simple. You should read the FAQS/help section at the very bottom of the page where you sign in.  That will tell you everything you need to know.

I can understand why you're skeptical, but it's worth a try. The site rewards you free money and it takes little effort. Look at my sig, i barely did 4 offers and already got 7 bucks.
