Money disappearing!

Hello.

For some odd reason, any time I log into FusionCash, and I literally mean just logging in...my balance becomes lower.

I once had $25 in my account...I signed in, and it changed to $19...and now today...it has lowered to $17.74!

I have been credited and approved for all of my daily earnings, but they all just magically disappear.

Can someone please help me understand what is going on?

How old are the earnings? They expire after 180 days if you have not cashed out.

It should say a status next to each credit such as expired or denied

Since you registered for the Forum in July, I'd venture you joined FC sometime in June and the credits you earned in early June are expiring.  It is also possible that some credits were reversed

As Skippy suggested, look at your account page, particularly the older credits.  You will see a notation that it expired,if it is older than 180 days.  Any credits that are within 30 days of expiring will probably have a red notation that they will expire in X days.

If you can get your account balance back up to $25 ($15 in offers) you will be eligible to cash out.  Once you request your cash out all credits go into a "pending cash out" status and will not expire while you wait for the cash out.

Good luck in getting your account balance back up to $25.  Do a couple of surveys, listen to Radio Loyalty, view videos, the daily click, the daily email and you'll be back up to $25 in no time.

I found this out the hard way the first time myself.  If you log in daily and do your daily Email, 5c worth of videos/tasks, and your 15c PTC then you will never end up with offers expiring on you.
