I need help with radio rewards

I am listening to radio fine...but screen never comes up to put code in to verify....im on laptop..what am i doing wrong?

I've had this happen to me before.  Usually if I change the radio station (which resets the timer), the captcha will pop up after 10 minutes and works fine after that.  It might also help if you clear your cache/history.

I had that problem when I first started using the radio loyalty, I found that if I switched stations after it comes up that I didn't have that problem anymore. Good Luck, hope it works out for you.

You might also want to try changing your browser. Switching to a new station works too and you can switch multiple times to get back to the channel you want to listen to.

I have same problem before, if over 10 min. no code come up, my suggestion is either close the radio and reopen it again or change different browser, hope it help.
