How to make referrals without being spammy?

Hey guys, I was wondering how you made referrals without posting your link everywhere and spamming everyone. I want to convince people to join, but from my experience people get turned off seeing facebook posts that advertise ways to make free money, without even knowing what the methods are.

The only way that works for me consistently is to engage people in a dialog and share with them, instead of pitching links.

 i really have 1 referral and it stinks i tryed facebook twitter and craiglist it so hard getting them even to get my friends there like nope dont have time what ever i keep trying

How about starting a review site and posting your referral link there? So those who read your reviews can sign up through you. I haven't tried this out yet but I see people doing it and it seems to be pretty effective.

That review site idea seems interesting, but how would people find it? It seems to me that all the good domain names are taken already, and it takes a ton of views to bring the website to the first few pages of google search.

There are ALWAYS domain names available to those who can think outside the box. You could start by checking to see if your own name is available.

I have gotten several referrals by advertising through a paid safe list.  And as far as Facebook goes, I would probably never have known about FusionCash if one of my Internet acquaintances had not posted a link on Facebook.  So I'm proof that posting on Facebook can work!  My best referral was obtained by sharing with her face to face and explaining how it works!

Getting referrals is tough and keeping referrals is even tougher. I have one referral and for some reason they have not made their first cashout. It has only been 10 months. One thing to remind people that you are trying to refer to FC is to let them KNOW "YOU WON'T GET RICH BUT YOU WILL GET PAID $$$$$

Every time I cashout (every other month-ish) I will post my referral link on my Facebook and Twitter accounts.  So far I've gotten 2 referrals that way.

yea people are hard to sway to join but I guess just posting anywhere you can helps.
Like minded people who want money and advertising to young people works for me

I just keep putting it out there that I have made some money to pay some bills just by doing surveys, tasks, watching videos, and listening to the radio.  A lot of my friends are being affected by the down economy so they have shown interest.  I tell everyone if they think I am spamming to just delete me! HA!

Start a blog or join a forum where discussing sites like FC is expected.
