Good for You! It has been a while since I have had no cavities. But now I have gum disease and that has more problems than cavities. Gum Scraping is no fun either! Keep brushing and use one of those in-between picks or tiny brush picks. And don't forget the mouthwash. My dentist said the only real thing to prevent gum disease from getting worse is use an electric toothbrush!

Great for you and keep on going on that.  It is very expensive here to go to the dentist even when insurance.

That's awesome. Keep it up! About a month ago, I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted. So, that was an interesting experience.

The visit to the dentist is always a bit scary, because you never know what he is going to find.

That's awesome .. My hubby hates to go to the dentist .. but I don't mind .. I get my teeth cleaned every 4 months.
