Its not easy to get a good nights sleep these days. With all the stress going on it seems to get harder and hard to get to sleep. Its even hard for me as well.

It is hard to sleep sometimes. Working out in the evening helps me sleep better at night.

I have a hard time with this as well. I wish there was a solution besides taking something. I just have a hard time shutting my brain off.

Sometimes there's just no way to get a good nights' sleep without resorting to a prescription like Ambien.  Stress makes our lives intolerable at times!!!

Doing exercises will give you a good nights sleep and do your body and mind good.

Cutting back on the coffee has helped.

Make it a habit once in bed to take 10-to 20 deep slow breaths...in and out let the day go in your mind like a bunch of balloons....once trained you will fall asleep  and you won't need to do 20 probably you'll fall asleep in under 10 deep long slow breaths :moon:

Get totally ready for bed then watch a mildly entertaining program on TV-- something without a lot of action or suspense but nothing that will bore you to death.  When you start to yawn or nod off, go immediately to bed.

maybe drinking milk or chamomile tea .been wanting to try the tea .I sleep ok but have a problem falling asleep. The cold weather doesn't help either don't want the heat on at night so have 3-4 blankets and still cold keeping me awake. You can try over the counter sleep meds I've used them and they work ok making you sleepy.

wish I knew.  I'm still waiting for someone to tell me.  I usually get maybe 5 to 6 hours a night.  I would love a good 8 hours sleep.
