Its a minimum of $25 with at least $15 coming from offers.

If you cashout any point during the month you'll be paid around the 20th of the following month. So whether you cashout today or December 31 you'll be paid around January 20

But I would suggest you take the time to read the Terms of Service (look at the bottom of most any page - left side).  There are a lot of details that you should know about working on this site  and it's easier to read the TOS early then too late. Section IV covers cash outs.

There are frequent threads in the Forum about issues that are clearly spelled out in the TOS  (180 day rule for credits; one membership per household etc).

Nothing wrong with asking the question in the Forum, but you'll get a broader perspective in the TOS.
