do you say grace for eating

I try and remember to bless my food before every meal.  It's an act of deference to me.

Most time I do.  When the family comes over to eat we always say Grace.  Hope everyone has a good day and may God bless each of you and keep you safe.

I do this all the time with the family. The key word here is the "Family." But when I am by myself sometimes I do sometimes I don't. I need to repent and talk with my Lord God expressing my gratitude for all he has blessed my family with and myself. Sometimes I just eat without acknowledging the Source of all my blessings. I NEED TO DO BETTER. Thanks for bringing this topic!
