For me id probably take risks i never would even consider before out of fear of dieing in the first place. Like sky diving im afraid of heights but if im going to die why the hell not go for it you know. if i survive that then disneyland then if im still alive after that then stuff myself before i do at any places i love to eat at

That is a very hard question to answer. I would probably spend my last day with my family. I would hope that I would be aware of what is going on around me and not be medicated to the point of being almost  in the state of a coma. I would like to replay my child-hood with my children as well as relive theirs. If I am granted this it would be awesome because I know that I would go out a very HAPPY WOMAN. Leave good memories with my family on my last day.

If today were the last day on earth I would spend it with my two grown sons because they are my family everyone else is deceased (my mom and hubby) or estranged (my sister and brother) and they are always there for me so I would want to spend my last time with them.

I'd try to gather as many loved ones together as I could have have a big party.

my family is  what I would spend it .Because I love them very much! and I would not see them till they met me on the other side of the vail.

I would spend it with my family and friends.  We would have a huge party, and no crying or being sad allowed.  Then I would go the church and pray I die pain free.

Wow, that's a deep question.  Well I would spend the day with my family and extended family chatting, drinking tea and just absorbing every ounce of each of them that I could. That might not sound fancy but they are the most important thing in the world to me.

I would surround myself with all of my loved ones; family and friends. I would spend the day telling them all of the things I love about them. All of the great times, etc. I would want to reflect on all the positives....
