I can't afford to get anything like that right now but I would like to own it. I'm have a PS3 and am looking forward to the PS4 as well. If I could have them both, I'd go for it. It's just not going to happen right now unfortunately.

No, not at all. I don't like how much they're focusing on the "entertainment" aspect of it... They already bogged down the 360 doing that. Not every device in the world need to have everything! It's supposed to be a gaming device; you know, for games.

Also not a fan of them including Kinect with it.

I just got myself a Kinect Xbox 360 last summer, so I have no interest in getting the Xbox One.

One major negative with the Xbox One, that I understand from reading the gaming forums, is that it is not backward compatible with previous Xbox versions - so that means you cannot play any of your old Xbox games on the Xbox One - you have to buy the Xbox One specific versions to keep playing them.

That by itself is a reason for me not to get it, as who has the funds to purchase all new games?

Not really... The Xbox One doesn't offer anything special compare to a PS4 and the PC

Not really since I will be skipping on the Xbox One. I'm not all that hyped for next gen consoles, since I'm content with my 360 and PS3 at the moment. When I decide to get a next gen console, it will definitely be a PS4.  :)
