Are you able to complete the PTC? What kind of message are you getting?
I suggest trying another browser to begin with. If that does not work, try logging out of Fusion Cash and then logging back in. You can also try re-booting your computer. If you continue to have problems, open a support ticket.
Mine has been working well but I had a glitch with my time today. The time seemed to get stuck. I had to keep clicking on another page until I got down to zero. I was able to complete the PTC and did get credit.
