My money is gone, what happened?
« on: November 02, 2013, 11:24:32 am »
I was just going through my site and saw that I had like $7.21 in my account and now it is at $0. Do you lose your money if you don't keep up with the program?

Unfortunately Yes.  Please see below...

Per the Terms of Service, offers and bonuses expire if not cashed out within 180 days of being credited.

We realize that this policy may be frustrating, but if we cannot "close out" accounts after a certain period, our accounting becomes unmanageable.

We feel that 180 days is an adequate time to cashout your funds, since the minimum for payment is low and you can easily reach it by completing no-credit-card-required offers.

I believe you have to cash out within 180 days, (not sure of this) or you lose your funds. The idea is to keep us consistent, that why I cash out if not monthly at least every other month.

We have 180 days to cashout otherwise it will be considered as expired and you gonna loose all the money that has been there in your account for 180 days.

Hi when you say we, are you saying that you speak for Fusion Cash on a basis that your information can be held accountable if it is seem to be construed as a Fusion Cash member assuming a roll of employee of Fusion Cash. Somebody may feel that you can be held accountable for the information you are providing on behalf of Fusion Cash. Whether it is true or not. I understand your side tag say helpful contributor. I am just inquiring.

You have 180 days before your credits start to expire. You lost your funds because you didn't cash out in time.

You should look at your account page. It will tell you if the credits were either denied or expired

The only folks who speak for FC on the forum are the ones with "FusionCash Staff" under their name.

With that said, wsny is indeed a long-time helpful contributor and they pasted that italicized text verbatim from FC staff (not sure if it was from the forum or a support ticket).  Providing advice / help that is actually compliant with the rules is one of the main qualifying factors for getting that "Helpful Contributor" star.

I think that can happen to you , you have a goal to be able to cash out when u reach $25.00 or over, but u have to be on this fusion cash like everyday
to biuld up you offers survey's and post . I on everyday and I really want to be good at this . You have to give it your all. I know we have busy lives and
can't always get to computer but if this is a good way to make money , try giving more of it at lease 4 hrs a day.

I found this out the hard way myself the first time.  However it is very easy to make enough money on FC to not loose anything.  Doing the bare minimum of the Daily Email, 5 1c videos and the PTC nets you about 22c per day, which would give you the required $25 every 114 days.  Doing more such as the forum posting bonuses, extra video's, surveys and the like will definately speed up your cashout time.

I was going to mention this as well. Not only can your credits expire, they can be denied as well. Certain offers may require you to do something like install an app for example where that app must be in place for a certain amount of days. The credit may be denied if you uninstall it before the set amount of time. Also, referrals and other bonuses can be rejected if there's any impropriety.

Check your account and go down your list to see if anything expired or was denied.
