music terminology
« on: November 02, 2013, 04:55:26 am »
do you remember any of it from music class?
"arpeggio"
I like to listen to classical music. The radio announcer always tells the listening audience what the title of the music piece is and who composed it. This morning, she made reference to part of the music piece as an "arpeggio".
I took music class in college.  I just don't think about music on that level when I am listening.

An arpeggio is a note played in order either going up or down. IE: Do Rey Me
