When you go shopping for groceries do you bring a list?

Interesting topic! I some times have a list if it's 10 items or less (the usual necessities). Normally I clip coupons and ONLY buy what I clipped (I get paid 0.10 cents per coupon) and also have e-digital coupons, which I get money back that accumulates and I cash out when I get a big enough pot. I like to be frugal and my husband thinks i'm nuts, but I tell him "If it weren't for me saving money here and there, you wouldn't have a roof over your head". The economy stinks right now and every CENT helps! So please don't judge or laugh at me.

I always bring a list because if I don't I forget something I need. not only that but I want to make sure I have the money to pay for what I purchase. 

I always bring a list and also buy want is not on the list.  I even forget to buy some things
on the list

Yes and No.  If there are specific things I need, then I make a list.  But, when I am going grocery shopping for the week, I like to aisle shop.

sometimes i bring a list. but i always end up buying things that i like and not in the list.

I try to make a list and try to stick to it even if I only go in for a few items.  My biggest problem seems to be keeping up with the list!

I always bring a list but do pick up some things that are not on the list!!! That's the habit I need to break. I would have a lower food budget if I only got what was on the list.

always take a list,,, do my best to stick to it but sometimes i find things on sale that I pick up.  Always use coupons  !!!

I make a list and check it twice  and also bring along lots of coupons  I haven't become an extreme couponer but I do save a lot of money

Yes, sometimes.

i try to  bring a list sometimes so i can avoid of spending too much but it doesn't work all the time.
