Yep, lots of times!  Think sometimes we are just more nervous than other times with no apparent cause.  I have found if I drink too much coffee on an empty stomach it can make me real jittery.  If I get overly anxious about something I get really jittery.  I'd suggest that next time that happens just think over your day up to that point and the reason may come to light.  Good luck and if continues to get worse you might mention it to your doctor.

Yes, you're definitely not alone. We are living in uncertain times, and things are not what they used to be. What centers me I found is to always pray and meditate in the mornings and if I need to during the day I do.

Oh yeah.  I think it is usually, for me, when I am unsettled a bout a decision or upcoming activity that I am not comfortable with.

We have probably all felt that way at one time or another.  It can be caused by so many things.  Have you started taking a new medication?  Sometimes pills will have side effects like that until you get used to them.  Depending on your age, physical condition, and emotional condition, it can be caused by many things.  You may want to see a doctor for your peace of mind.

Yes.  When that happens I try to pay attention to what's going on around me and pay attention to my thoughts and feelings.  I question why am I feeling that way and  is there a reason to feel or think a certain way.  It's like I'm anticipating something.  You have intuition you should listen to it.  Something may be about to happen.

I think that happens to most of us.  It could be from a lot of reasons, but I really don't think it's anything serious.  If it continues or makes you worried I would have my doctor check me out for piece of mind.  Good luck.
