the goal of any exercise is to keep doing it . walking or any exercise has a cumulative good health effect. choose which ever one is going to keep you doing it. :peace:

I think the treadmill is a better choice.  I can go outside to walk, but that would be my overall choice.   :rainbow:

I think walking is the best form of exercise for someone like me.  I have arthritis, and it is hard for me to even feel like getting started.  Walking is helping me to get started, it is convenient and does not put too much stress on my joints.

The best exercise is walking, jogging, and running. Thank You!

As long as you stay active the best exercise for one person may not be the best exercise for the next person.

Both a good but I would rather walk.  I'm not sure why.  I guess it is more fun.  LOL

As much as I love exercise machinery, i'm going to suggest not to waste your money.
Buy a second-hand bike or take up jogging, it's so much more exhilerating than sweating it out in your lounge room.

Its time for me to start exercising again. For the last couple of months I have been avoiding the gym.
