I am having a cscan tomorrow and I am a little nervous because my problem is diarehha but I am having a cardiovascular cscan I don't understand how they connect do anyone.

I assume you are having a CAT scan done. Nothing to it so don't fret it! Depending on the age of the machine they have, you MIGHT be rolled into a tube like thing, this could be a wee unnerving for those that tend to be claustrophobic. However, the newer generation of machines are not constructed like that, imagine a big ole tire they put around you.

There is no 'connection' to you at all, the imagining is done (depending on the exact type of scan done) through magnetics, ultrasound, and the like. In the worst case scenario you will be given an IV of 'trace' chemicals that make the scan 'enhanced' or greatly more telling for the radiologist that reads the scan.
