Aw, no.. I wouldn't be able to deal with it, I get so freaked for every reason with my kiddo. He rolled out of bed last night and I couldn't go back to sleep for like 4 hours just watching him sleep making sure he was okay. He's only 5 months, waaayyy too small for falling!

I have an adult daughter dying of hepatitis.  I'm raising her 10 yr old daughter who has juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and sees specialists at Childrens Healthcare of Atlanta.

My 4-year old is an insulin-dependent diabetic with celiac disease.  He sees an Pediatric Endocrinologist every 3 months.  We spend lots of money at the pharmacy :(

and here I am worried about a yeast infection my 2 year old has.  It came about like a rash on the inside of her thighs and has spread to the top and back of her thighs, the back of her arms and her cheeks.  The doctor says that it should go away in about a month, but I don't know about that.  I am sorry to hear what you parents are dealing with, but it sounds like you are doing it because you love the kids and all.  My prayers go out to you and your families.

We all have to deal with what we are given.  Hopefully with grace.  Some days I'm better than others.

I have a good friend who has a son that has cerebral palsy and he has a twin sister imagine what she has to deal with, I see her go through so much she has the twins who are 4 and a 8 year old son who has mental illness and a 18 year old still living at home who also has mental illness.  Every day for her is a challenge for her and lately she has been dealing with the fact that she can barely walk from a botched knee surgery and needs a knee replacement in November, I know that we all must deal with the cards that we are dealt but I empathize with her more than anyone that I know.
