Home Improvement Survey - an FYI
« on: October 24, 2013, 08:41:14 am »
I spent a good amount of time doing the Home Improvement Survey and at the end, after 100% completion, nothing happened.  The window didn't close or anything.  I left it open and went to do something else for a while.  I came back and it said that the survey was complete and I closed the window. My FC window said I would be credited for the survey. I looked at my FC account and yes, I was credited.

I tell you this so you don't close out of the survey window when you are done, in case you think there's a problem and that you want to submit a support ticket.  Just be patient and it should complete on its own.

Thank you for sharing this. I will keep a eye out to what to look for after I complete a survey.

I have had this happen to me as well where I completed a survey and nothing happen so I closed it. I clicked back on the survey and it said I already tried it so now I know to never close it lol.
