I have been here for years and this is a first. I will be my last cashout until they make some decent changes here. I had to earn more then the "minimum" to be able to cashout.

Yes the minimum cashout is $25 but at least $15 of that must be from offers

Thank you for reporting this error.  You are right to be upset.  Here's what happened:
We recently added the radioloyalty 1c bonus for each day of 15c+ in earnings.  That bonus gets condensed down with other (non bonus) RL credits in your account page.
The code that calculates the offer/bonus breakdown on your account page was treating the condensed RL credits as all non-bonus (offer) earnings, even when there were one or more bonuses inside.  This is a bug in our code which did not appear until this RL bonus program started, which is why it seems sudden.

When you got that message, you actually had $14.97 in offers and $11.03 in bonuses - which does not meet the $15 in offer cashout minimum.  The cashout page does not condense credits when calculating the $15 & $25 minimums.

None of this excuses the error, which, again, I am very sorry for.

As of now, I have fixed the account page to break-out the RL bonuses, which causes them to be counted correctly.

I can assure you that this is not an attempt to prevent cashouts but rather just what we call an "edge case" -- when a bug only surfaces under rare circumstances.

I'm glad that your problem was fixed. A LOT of changes have been implemented as of late and the bugs can be annoying but help is only a polite post and trouble ticket away.

I am sorry that you are having a problem cashing out. I can't read the pages that you have posted but I assume that you feel you have met the requirements for cashing out but the system will not allow you to. I suggest that you open a support ticket immediately. I would have done that before posting.

I also suggest that you try using another server to try cashing out. See if that will help. You might also try logging out of Fusion Cash and logging back in. Try re-booting your computer. Give it another day.

I hope your problem get resolved soon. Let us know what happens.

It looks like it was fixed for you. I hope you not get discouraged.  FC has been the best place for me and I never had an issue.   This is a great place to earn some extra money.

To all newbies: That's why it is best to cash out a couple days before the end of the month, just in case there is a problem that admin. needs to address.  Glad you got it resolved, but calling them liars is a bit extreme.

like many others on here i am glad that this issue has been fixed but it was a legitimate accident which it seems you over reacted on.  you yourself said that you had been on here for years and never had this issue and it seems that the tecq team was quick to respond.  hope you decide to stick it out.
