How To Claim Your Payment
« on: October 20, 2013, 05:50:23 am »
I can't claim my cash.  I have things set up through paypal and I got an email telling me to go claim my cash and it tells me to click the claim now button, so i do and sign into paypal and it gives me a message saying I need to confirm my email and log in using the email that I set up the account with.  I don't see a second email from fushioncash and I can't figure out what to do now as I am already signed in using that email.

Hmm...i used to use Paypal before I signed up via direct deposit.  I don't ever recall having to claim my payment.  Once I set it up via Paypal, my payments would automatically be transferred. Maybe you need to put in s support ticket request.

Are you sure the email was from this site and not a spam/scam email?

I've used paypal for over 20 payments and I've never seen a claim now email from this site. I only get emails saying that my cashout has been processed and one from paypal saying fusioncash has sent me xx amount of money

yeah, that sounds more like spam than an email from FC or Paypal. Neither of them tend to use wording such as "claim now" when approving a cash out or alerting you that a payment was sent to you.

I use paypal too and have never gotten an email requesting me to claim my cash.  I just cash out at the end of the month and the $ appears in my Paypal account around the 20th.  I agree, it smells like a scam
