Oh, I love most cakes but I think my all time favorite is strawberry shortcake - made with REAL STRAWBERRIES AND WHIPPED CREAM!!!!!!!!

I pretty much like any kind of cake but if I had to choose which one would be my favorite I reckon it would have to be a Black Forest Cherry cake. Then the second favorite would probably be a German Chocolate cake from scratch. I have a recipe for a 1- pan cake that is really great and not too super sweet that goes really well with a cup of joe which I make sometimes on the week-ends for a cheat breakfast. I'm not too hard to please if its got the word cake in it! HA!HA!

Cheesecake is my absolute favorite. Pretty much any flavor. Following that would be German chocolate and red velvet. YUM.

I love Boston crème pies which are actually cakes. These are yellow cakes with a crème filling and chocolate frosting. Yummy!

I like all kinds of cake - I just plain and simple LOVE cake - but my absolute all time favorite is birthday cake - the kind you buy at the bakery with tons of ooey gooey icing and icing roses.  It is and always will be my favorite.

I'm a fan of most cakes, though I absolutely love Chesscake.  If you've never had it, it's a yellow cake bottom with a cream cheese and confectionery sugar top.  The best part is our oven is sorta dying, which is sad, but it makes it so the cake isn't completely cakey, so you get this moist cake with this sugary top.  It's great the way it's supposed to be cooked as well, but I love the way it tastes when it comes out of our oven.
