Yesterday I made the most amazing pumpkin swiss roll with cream cheese.  It was so easy to make with all the usual ingredients. For the cake, flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, etc. For the cream filling, cream cheese, vanilla extract, butter and eggs/sugar. It turned out fantastic. I managed to crack the cake a little bit upon rolling it up, I think next time I'll use a rolling pin to set the cake mix after it has cooked.

Oh i so want cake now after reading these posts.

I like most any kind of cake chocolate, yellow, strawberry, carrot, red velvet, etc. Cake is YUMMY.

YUMMMM.

My mom used to make chocolate cake rolls and hers always cracked too.

Homemade cheesecake with the sour cream layer is the best, next to german chocolate cake of course!   :peace:
