Surveys = iGain?

When you go to take some of the daily surveys (not the FC ones), you have to sign up for this thing called iGain. Has anyone else encountered this?

No, I haven't done this one, but it sounds like you are supposed to sign up for their site to get credit with FC.

It's not a "sign up" page, it's a log-in page and, none of us are privy to the "log-in."  I wrote to "Live Sample" about this and haven't received a reply as of yet.  I have put in a Support Ticket about it and see what happens there.  Today, I wrote to "iGain" about it.  I'll see if I get a reply from them during the week.

It's both the "LiveSample Daily Survey" and the "MyView Daily Survey" that directs the rest of us to this iGain log-in page.  It's been happening to me for days now.  That just reduced, by two, the number of surveys we can qualify for because of whatever is happening here.  It's getting a bit frustrating.

It Is frustrating. I Must Have Lost At Least 17-20 Dollars In The Past 2 Weeks Since Losing Live Sample My Daily View  And My Thought Counts

I attempted the Live Sample and My View daily surveys today and saw the iGain login page on both.It has been about a week since I last tried these two surveys,so this is the first time I've seen iGain.Since iGain doesn't provide a link to create an account with them,I guess I can take these surveys out of my bookmarks.I won't miss them much because I'm also a member of My View and can still do their surveys on their site.As far as Live Sample goes,I never liked them much anyway.I used to have problems with their surveys crediting.There are plenty of other things to do here on FC.

I'm having the same problem too. I tried to access the daily surveys for myview and Live Sample and I get an igain page. It  is asking for a username and password but I do not know the username or password so I cannot gain access to the survey. I just hope the admin will fix this.

I have not encountered this yet, but thank you for pointing this out.  I will watch out for it.  It sounds like a real bummer, because surveys can be a sporadic good source of big credits here.  Darn.

I encountered this today so won't be doing these surveys til its fixed, and may not even then... looks like spam to me and I hate spam  lol

I haven't had it happen (yet).  I am sure it will all those type things loovve me (like Gifthulk keeping me from seeing that durn video). oh well at least I have warning!
