they say my wife passed it but she didn't  they forced her to stay for a full six hours during which time she was observed sitting standing and walking she was sleeping going to the bathroom and stopping to rest she couldn't do any of the test and the person didn't believe her any one have advice we really cant afford a attorney for her

oh I forgot to add that this person was given none of her medical records

I'm guessing you're talking about a disability or auto accident evaluation....?

You shouldn't need money to get a lawyer for either. Most of them will take cases and only charge you if they win the case as a percentage of your settlement. Isn't there an offer here for a disability lawyer evaluation?

shes already been told by a judge thru her work comp case that she is permanently disabled  we had a lawyer for that I didn't know she could get a lawyer for this part
