I have experienced that and a number of other glitches while dealing with the video things. It seems that these things are 'multi-party' in nature and lend themselves to problems.

I had an issue with those awhile back. I use Chrome. The survey wouldn't load in the pop-up window, so I copied the web address and pasted it into a new tab in the main window and it loaded fine. If you try that, DON'T close the pop-up until after you have completed the survey or else you'll only get the DQ bonus.
