Picture Perfect Burger
« on: September 24, 2013, 11:37:30 am »
If you were a chief in a kitchen and you were asked to make one perfect stunning gormet burger what would it be?

In my case i would have 2 toasted buns top and bottom with a nice thick cut of meat that i cooked to well done temperature. Sprinkled in light cheese with mustard as the dressing. Slicing a bit of lettuce not to much tho..with some thin slices of cucumber on with it along with some pickles and finish it off with some well seasoned homemade french fries.

Mine would be a sirloin burger, freshly ground and cooked rare and topped with swiss cheese. I would than place it on a broiche roll and topped with mushroom and red onion. Top with a little ketchup. Yum.

Cooked med rare, with garlic salt, and pepper, on a buttered and toasted onion roll, Cheddar Cheese melted on top, sauted mushrooms, thinly sliced onions, bacon, avacado, and ketchup and mayonnaise NOT miracle whip (some confuse that)

Mine would have a half pound of well cooked but moist 85% lean beef, lightly toasted and buttered buns, lettuce, tomato, mayonaise, mustard and ketchup.  In addition a huge side order of fries and a vanilla shake!
