Paid to post

I have tried to submit the form for the paid to post promotion and it tells me that my message ID is invalid or that I did not post?  Any one know what I am doing wrong???

i'm not really sure how it works but it says all u gotta do is find the id number and type it in to receive the extra money

I have had this happen to me. I just picked another post and submitted that message instead. I don't know why. but it worked.
