Bonus on Birthday for Year-long Cumulative Activity

I was responding to another member's post when the most brillant idea came to me.  Why doesn't Fusion Cash incorporate a bonus to be paid to a member on his/her based on Activity on Fusion Cash throughout the year.  The Fusion Cash can work out the precise numbers, but it could be scaled so the more activity you do throughout the year the bigger your birthday bonus.

I have always thought that the birthday bonus was a terrific idea. There is no way anyone could cheat the system, as you only have 1 chance to give your birthdate when you sign up. Please do this FC!

They could probably do it but would have to adjust somewhere else. Like maybe you only get $2 for the monthly forum bonus but $2 goes into your birthday bonus account. I think it has some possibility but I thinking tracking everything on here already is probably pretty complicated so this would just add more to that and possibly the administrative cost to the site.

I hate to be the downer here, but where do you expect that money to come from? They already give out a generous amount of bonuses that they've budgeted for and what they get in return for these bonuses I'm sure is more than they give out. The twitter follow bonus increases their status on twitter, the payment proof bonus shows that real people are making money on the site and shows that the site is legit, the forum bonus shows that there's a real community here and keeps the site active, and the referral bonuses are cheap advertising for them because we're the ones recruiting new members. There would have to be some sort of mutual benefit in order to give away a birthday bonus.

All of these sites make a genourus amount of profit from the surveys and offers on the site -- the members only get a percentage of the revenue from those sources.  They may technically budget for every active member to get $36 a year from forum bonuses -- $3 x 12 months -- but a lot of people are not active on forums and also a lot of people don't do the weekly contests.  There is plenty of money I am sure to give a several dollar birthday bonus for year long cumulative activity.

That's putting more work on the site to figure  out what  the birthday bonus should be. That's also not fair to those who have birthdays different parts of the year. Of course people with later birthdays would have done more on the site than those who have January birthdays and course it's unfair to newer members.

I think the site gives out enough free money out of pocket as is so people should stop complaining and actually work for that extra money instead of expecting handouts

Okay, this has been posted and suggested over and over and myself and a few others have spoken out the same way against it, but now that I put a real second thought to this it might not be a bad idea.  I do think the way you phrased the idea is a little bit different enough to encourage site loyalty and that was good thinking. I like the fact that you have stated that the bonus would be for ACTIVE members who have accomplished a certain level of earning on the site.  That is good.  That is the same as saying if you have posted 28 posts, you know that it was only your own fault that you did not get the bonus.  You are not saying a bonus just for the sake of adding one more bonus to the many we already receive, this would be another earned one.  Yes, I like your spin on it.  My suggestion personally would be something like if you have earned enough to cash out and been active in the Forums for 9 of the 12 months prior to your birthday, then you are an active member, because even those on the site with multiple enough referrals to make the big bucks would still have to do the work to get your suggested bonus as that all falls into their bonus category as well.  GOOD JOB!

 

Then the answer to the question "Where does the money come from?" would be the nine months or more of work each of us has put into it to get it.

The only question now is if the policy is implemented less than nine months away from your birthday, then technically would you have to wait until your birthday 2015 to have enough time to really meet that qualification?  Perfect example being my birthday is in Feb and I only have Oct, Nov, Dec, and Jan remaining now to earn cashouts and post because January's cashout is actually for February. 
Also, it could be a percentage bonus of your yearly accumulation to further increase loyalty - or is that more along the lines of pay me because I got paid?

Who else has thoughts on this?

A member would not be eligible right away and would not be eligible until their second birthday date after joining and then it would be a full year starting the frist day after birthday date 1 until their next birthday.

I could probably earn $100+ a month on my own on Fusion Cash, but their is no incentive too because once I knock off the paid to click, videos, FC Surveys there is not much incentive to continue and I go to work on my other GPT sites.  I also really think the cumulative effect of much more activity by members will lead to more vidoes, surveys and offers on the site.

When I am having a good earnings month and their are many videos, surveys, offers available I am motivated to work more, but when I see suryeys and offers down I loose interest and have already had a couple months on a couple of ocassions of very minimal Fusion Cash activity.
