Do you stand up for people or do you walk away?

I always hear talk about people standing up for others or reaching out a hand to someone in need. If you ask the majority of the world if they would stand up for someone else they will flat out tell you yes. When it comes to actually doing just that people either ignore it or walk away. Why is that? Do we now live in a non careing world?

if your a real friend you don't walk away or ignore your friend at all you stand up for them. If you not a real friend walking away proves your nothing more then a fraud
