Duplicate Entries

Noticed a few times lately that there are duplicate topics here on the Forum and I was just wondering why someone would start the same topic again? Do you just forget that you already asked that question, or couldn't find it later? Just wondering....

I agree...duplicate topics have been popping up alot in the past week or so!
maybe they just open a new topic without looking in recent posts 
hopefully...i haven't done it...lol

I think some people are just trying get their 30 posts so they just spam the forums with the same topics.

Could be for many reasons, Not looking, Tired, Trying to fill their quota.. They may be new and just joining not familiar with how the forum works. Anything really. To me it's really easy to repost something..Because sometimes you just don't look and end up posting a topic that may have already been asked. Also someimes People don't see topics that's already asked because it has been moved several pages back and sometimes people only skim through the top 3 pages.

I understand if someone post the same topic as someone else, that I'm sure in unavoidable, but sometimes it is the same person asking the same question, maybe the next day?? I guess I just don't understand that??

i rarely start a new topic..i just go with the flow and comment on those already here, most are interedting anyway

I think sometimes some people can't figure out how to check the topics they've already posted for replies. Maybe they forgot they already asked that question. I do think that some people just do it to get to 30 posts quicker, though.
