my computer crashed

I love Fusion but yesterday my computer crashed after I had completed a survey. Not only did I not recieve my credit for ompleting the survey but it took several to restart my computer before I could use my computer again. I was so Frustrated. How can I prevent this? and what could have caused it? so that I can not do it again!

Use "Disk Cleanup" to clean up old files on your computer.  Defragment your hard drive then, when that's done, run a "Scan Disk" or "Dsk Chk" (depending on what Operating System you're using).

Hopefully, you have anti-virus installed on your computer protecting it from viruses.  A good and FREE one is "AVAST!."  A good and FREE anti-malware program is "Malwarebytes."

It's up to you to keep your computer in working condition so you're not bothered by too many problems.
