fusion cash toolbar

Hello to the community
I am fairly new to this forum so I hope I am posting a valid post (question) and at the right place.
As you will see from my flag, I am Canadian (first a French-Canadian) and the an English-Canadian.
I have installed the fusion cash toolbar in the middle of the week. But it often states when I am searching that some of my searches are invalid and one of the reason why they are is that I am from another country. I thought that the internet was world wide...
There are also a couple of reasons that show up but the fact that the searches are rejected because I am from Canada (or any other country for that matter) seems quite unacceptable to me. I am a little bit, excuse the expression, pissed off at this,
Can anybody explain why my searches are not valid.
It seems to me that everybody searches the WWW nowadays and every search should be approved whether they are for work, school, buying or whatever everybody is searching for.
Anyway, can anybody help me in this domain. I started to read the thread on the fusion cash forum but I did not seem to find any thread really related to the fact that they are not Americans and that their search is not considered valid because they live outside of the U.S.
I am looking forward to any response.
