Yeah, you'll get your card with $10 already on it, plus you'll get credited $5 by FusionCash.

You sign up for the card.  Fusion pays you $5.00 to complete the offer.  Obopay sends you a prepaid debit card with $10.00 already on it.  No catches.  Its a good offer.  I received my $5.00 from Fusion right away and I just received my card yesterday.
