What is your favorite movie starring Tom Hanks?

Mine is Big. So many people say Forrest Gump, but Big is it for me.  After that I would say Splash.

I wasn't a big fan of forest gump. Saving private ryan wasn't too bad... I would have to pick catch me if you can or cast away. Two very good movies  Catch me if you can he has the humor and a good supporting actor and cast away was so intense and original.

I want to say Philidelphia over Forest Gump... but I may just be saying that because I've seen Gump so damn much that I don't appreciate it as much as I use to.

Gump probably is my favorite character that he's played though. It was one of the most original characters ever made really. And it's one of the most rewatchable films ever, as well.

1994 was a great year for movies in general.

you know, i would easily call 'you've got mail' my FAVORITE movie of all time.. but i don't associate it with tom hanks as much as i should ;p to me it's a MEG RYAN movie.. and tom hanks is just IN it.. you know what i'm sayin'?

'sleepless in seattle' is an awesome movie too.

I loved all the  movies that he was in but I have to say that my all time favorite would be "Castaway" and that ball....what was his name?....oh yeah,Wilson.lol
When that ball floated away I cried....lol
I was screaming at the tv,"Come back Wilson,come back!"
I think that this was a good movie....
