Seems like the company sponsoring that study is not very time efficient! As long as the reward still comes though, right?

To me that means we're not going to get paid. I did that too and unless you're taking notes of every pending survey I'm worried we're never going to see this credit. I sometimes wonder if these re-routes are intentional.

I got the same response I will just wait and see it is not much to worry about today so I just moved on to other offers
