So Excited - Submitting My First 30 Posts to get paid

They've been a member since the end of January. That's an average of around $60 a month which is completely doable if you put in the time and work

Newbie just refers to how much you've posted on the forum. Some members have been on here for years but just never use the forum so that really has no standing on earnings

I realized about the "newbie" categorization after I posted... but still, I've been a member since the end of January as well and I'm only at about $120 in earnings.
As I said, I must be doing something wrong.   

You're not doing anything wrong. Some of it really is just luck in some cases. I make the majority of my money from surveys and other people seem to rarely qualify for them.

My first one was a bust I was suppose to write more and I I Bly. Posted smileys and then whe I requested it I was denied and banned for fifteen days no I am back on .

Congrats on getting to that threshold.  FC  really works.  I just received my first $3 Forum Bonus.  It did take the full 60 days but the screen does indicate that the 2nd will be quicker.  I'm hitting my stride now.  1st payment, 1st Forum Bonus, on 2nd round.  It's Cool.

i have not but i do go over 30 just in case but glad you did your first 30 better yet

I did 11 posts today, so far, this is my third post today, and I have to go feed my face, so I will resume it later.  You are fortunate, but put in a few more to make sure.  I always do more than the 30 in case something goes wrong.
