colder weather approaching.....

Ok, I am done with the heat.   I ca not wait for fall and winter. I think I need to find a colder climate to live in.. lol . Just want all the bugs, bees and HEAT to go AWAY! for the ones who like the heat and summer, I am sorry. Please forgive me..

Can I share a secret with you (And a few other FC'ers)  I'm excited for winter too.  I've never looked forward to winter before.  But this year.  I'm ready.  We just entered our heat wave which is a little unusual for Illinois.  It may get up to 100 tomorrow.  Generally I wouldn't mind the hot temperatures but this year my allergies drive me crazy the following day after having been out mowing.  Even with Benedryl they are kicking my butt.

I don't mind the heat too much, but I'm really looking forward to fall.  It's my favorite time of year, and I'm hoping that my allergies will ease up too.

yep ready also. Tired of shots for allergies. tired of hot weather and dry on top of it. Yes siree, and also want to go fishing soon that is when the lakes cool down some. Fish won't hardly bite when the water is 80 degrees.

I like the summer but I really love spring and fall. Less humidity.

I'm not upset with you at all. I'm not a hot weather person myself. Thankfully where I live the weather doesn't get as hot as in some parts of the country. I would not want to live in an area where the heat is sweltering. But I'm not entirely a cold weather person myself either. I more like the late spring and early fall when it's not too warm or cold. I really don't care for the winter.

Same here, I am going to move to somewhere colder....I don't like bugs (I live near small woodland area so I get my far share of stink bugs, lady bugs, wasp, bees, and other insects)...

I am very excited for fall to get here it is my favorite season perfect for dressing not to cold so you dont have to wear a coat and not to hot so your not sweating for the five minutes your outside!

It seemed to be a rather chilly summer in Ohio. We had about 5 days of mid 90's but that was it. My complex has an outdoor pool and I haven't been in it much this month because it's been too chilly. It's gotten warmer this week for the last week of the pool season, though. I will say that I love Fall and can't wait for the leaves to turn, Halloween, and football!

Lol when you do get to the colder areas your gonna miss the sun. I wonder if there is states with weather that is not so cold and not so hot but just right. Wishful thinking I guess.

I live in Texas and it gets HOT!!  We don't really have a winter, but some cooler weather would be nice.

I know.  I want this heat go away as soon as possible.  So tire of this heat.

      Be a migrating bird. Come to Alaska from May to September. You get all of the following: Extended daylight up to 22 hours a day...some days there is no darkness at all,
cooler temperatures and lots of fun activities. Do like others do. I have been there: Summers in the Lower 48"s are simply too hot.
