as others have said, flash player doesnt work in safari... or other web browsers i think
Flash does not work in any browser on the ipad.
But you can see the "flash" movies with the help of some browsers on ipad.
They convert the flash movies to another format that you can view on the ipad.
It will take some time before you can view them but it is better than nothing if you realy need to see the flash movie

If you want a flash browser for iPad try iSwifter.  It is $7.99 in the app store.  It works fairly good they have a free trial but you only get 10 minutes a day until you pay for it.  The other free browsers that claim they do flash don't work too well.

I know that on those type of devices some of them will not allow you to download flash player. I have had the same problem before with my ipad. Flash player was not compatible with my device.

you can get trial to see if you like it then i only paid 2.99 to itunes for it works beautifully i only watch videos on my survey sites i dont read or watch movies on it

From what I know about ipad is that they have their own flashplayer built in or what ever kind of player that they use so that you can view movies.
