Need help for broken tasks

I was doing the find rankings of 3 keywords for 5 cents.  After I enter all the info, the rank or page no. on one of them disappears and it won't let me re enter it. If I refresh the page, it doesn't go back to the task to reenter it! ( They get me to click on their URL without having to pay me because of this. It has happened many times before, but I always recorded the info and redid the task after refreshing.) Crowdflower has too many broken tasks and I beginning to think this is deliberate-gonna stick to Amazon Turk.

I really do enjoy the tasks, but I have had many problems with them. I put in info that is without a doubt correct and it says it is wrong. Very frustrating sometimes.

I'll agree with you that lately there are many Tasks that are broken.  However, if you go on the Crowd Flower website and post a "Problem" report and explain the problem, along with your "Contributor ID" and "Task ID Number," they are VERY FAIR and you will more than likely get paid for the Task even though you couldn't finish it.  It may take a few days since they have many reports to look in to, but I can't complain because they have always credited me.  I did this with MANY of the Tasks I had problems with and today I was credited .79 cents for all the Tasks I had problems with.

I just went to tasks (it worked for me last week) but today, the task page comes up, I clicked on a couple, but the task window is blank.  I closed out fc and reentered.  No luck. Same thing happened.  Does anyone else have this problem?

I had the same problem...I wonder if it has anything to do with the new FC design?

If you have any problems with any task, you should go directly to crowdflower and go to their get satisfaction section and post your problems. Staff members will be able to help you. That's what I do everytime I have a problems with some tasks.

This set of tasks is buggy at times, but as others have said, going to the Crowdflower site and giving them a report of the problem does generally get you paid for the broken task.

radio loyaltry worked for 4 points then the last 2 times the submit button wont work. and its just that one point I need to do paid to click. i understand your frustration  here.
