I am still pending payout....WHY?????

I am still pending payout...why? Is my pay going to come on the 20th of this month? Why is it still pending? Its been that way since last month. I'm starting to become confused. If I am not mistaken I cashed out before the 30th of Sept. does it always take this long, and why does it still say pending, how will I know if I am going to get my payout or not! Someone help me please!!!! I'm thinkikng about not doing this anymore because I am not really understanding how the payouts work. Maybe the payouts should be different or they need to come up with other ideas on how to run this site!!!

Your cashout will be approved a couple of days before your check is printed / paypal sent / direct deposit initiated. This topic is discussed on several threads already, please try and find your answer before posting a new thread.
