I remember in the '60's there was talk about the electric car. now, it's here in the making.
I heard that you'll be able to plug your car in a socket indoors as well as outdoors.....IF you can afford to buy one.....
I think there is more potential with solar power fuel......or hydrogen fuel.

I hope that there will be significant financial and energy savings on electric cars by the time I get one. Right now, they'd have to make an 8 passenger vehicle for me to consider an electric car. I have seen some cool ones before, I just need bigger.

You can find me on Youtube!

Have seen some cool electric cars, but would never want to buy one, because I don't know much about it.

I am concerned about price, yes. But what's stopping me also is the distance. I've heard certain stores - particularly certain warehouse stores that offered "free" electrical charge stations, but ended up taking them away as no one supposedly used them. I would be a little more encouraged if these were much more common. I like the concept I've seen where the ground would have a way to charge a vehicle while passing by.

We would all like to get electric cars cuz we need to stop killing the planet w/what we're using now. But it just too expensive for the common person to afford. Maybe if a raffle or contest to win an electric car would be a good deal!

The solution to that is easy... do some homework and find out about them.  The planet needs all the help we can give her.  :peace:

I'd love to own one.  They're so quiet.  Maybe when I can afford one they'll have solar panels on the roofs.  8)

While the Tesla is obviously way out of my price range, I was still very disgusted to hear that the Texas legislature has banned the sale of them in their state, and that similar legislation is pending in North Carolina, Virginia and Colorado.

I still haven't heard an argument in favor of this ban that I understand. I know Elon Musk wants to sell his cars directly to the public without a franchise, but what's so wrong with that?
