Sounds like it's time to get them removed.  Now that is fun....for everyone who is around you!  My sister was laughing at my reaction to the meds and the drool coming down the side of my face.  Not sure what the point of wisdom teeth are in the first place, anyone know?

I haven't had any problems with mine, yet, but my sister is going to need her wisdom teeth removed soon.

They're molars for chewing.  My question is when did our jaws start getting too small for all our teeth or are our teeth bigger than in times past?  As long as I can remember people have been having to have them out.  I had mine out in high school.  My upper twelve year old molars were pulled so the wisdoms could come in and the lower ones were extracted in three pieces each, in a separate procedure.  Yuch. :P

I only had 2 when I was finishing up college. I've heard that happens. I've also heard that some people's wisdom teeth don't appear until they are around 50. What a joke that would be if my wisdom other 2 teeth appeared then.

You can find me on Youtube!

The same happens with me. For the past few years they slowly are growing. They are currently have under the skin and half out. It will hurt for a few days and then good for months and then the cycle repeats. They are almost out completely now.

That happened to me. My top right and bottom right grew out and they were biting the inside of my mouth.

I had to get at least the top out (i can't afford to get the rest out) and it feels better.

It gave me a hard time eating and opening my mouth because of it.

Get yours removed.

I had all four of mine removed when I was 16. I was scared, so I told them to knock me out! Lol

I had my four ones until my early 60's. Now, two are gone. It was too crowded back there.

I've had three of them coming in bit by bit over the past few years. 2 months ago was some of the worst pain I experienced with it. My right cheek got all swollen and sore. Had to ice it and swish with salt water. But it only lasted a few days at least. Hang in there :)

I never had any wisdom teeth....was missing 2 of my 12 yr. old molars as well, so they took the other 2 out so I only have 1 set of molars!
