Paid to click--gun ban survey
« on: August 22, 2013, 06:21:22 am »
I clicked on the paid to click-gun ban survey- except it's not a survey.  There is only one choice to click.  The only choice is to ban guns.  This one is not a survey, nor a choice.  It should be removed immediately.

Not sure if this is what you were thinking, but even if it was a survey there wouldn't be any monetary award for completing it as it's not a FC or Daily Survey, just part of the PTC.

It is a gun ban survey and not a legalize the use of guns survey. So understand what you are clicking on. GUN BAN SURVEY. Maybe next week they may have a Don't Ban Guns Survey.

Thanks for posting this, I'm late to the topic, but I thought the same as you there is no survey on whether or not to ban them, only too ban them. It is horrible that it is on this site, but last time I checked there were not that many takers, so thats something to be thankful for.

It is an ad not a real survey.  These types of ads are all over the net.

The bottom line is that the sponsor of the gun ban "survey" doesn't care whether or not you want to ban guns.  Just like the ad offering a "free" iPhone doesn't really care how many times a week you visit Facebook.  It's a marketing ploy used to entice viewers into clicking through to their sponsors (and hopefully spending money) so that they can get paid.  Getting offended because this ad doesn't represent your personal philosophy is pointless and a waste of time.  If FC were to remove every ad that somebody in the world finds offensive, there wouldn't be anything left for the rest of us to click on to make money.

It's my favorite for clicking a Sponsor Ad, because it loads fast and gets the job done. Who cares what it's for???

I see this all the time. When I click on it, it does not bother me at all. If you don't like the ad then just don't click on it anymore.

Yeah there are only 4 or 5 of these so would hate to see it go. Pick another if you don't like this one.

The gun ban survey is usually the one I click on on the PTC.  I really don't know why? I guess because it's first? LOL :glasses-nerdy:
